I have an 8 year old female Jack Russell Terrier. The two do not get along. My Catahoula
is just turning 11 months old, and the past 3 to 4 months, the two dogs are getting more and more aggressive with each other. My JRT doesn’t know she is little and it is only a matter of time until Cooper kills her. He is loving friendly well socialized. But he is food aggressive. (I am able to feed side by side while supervised) but a crumb on the floor with errupt a fight. He is also guarding me and when she comes too close he tears into her. He was raised in a family with 4 kids and tons of kids in and out of the house all the time. He is aggressive towards cats but leaves my sisters yorkie alone. (she is not dominant personality like my JRT)
NEED TO REHOME COOPER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE HE KILLS MY JRT. NOT FAIR TO REHOME THE JRT WHO I HAVE HAD SINCE SHE WAS A PUP).
*NEED TO KNOW THIS BREED THOROUGHLY AND BE ABLE TO HANDLE AND TRAIN HIM. HE IS VERY LOVING AND WANTS TO PLEASE. STICKS TO ME LIKE GLUE.
